need for continued staff development to ensure that ADRA Sri Lanka’s
staff can effectively and efficiently implement funded projects to
international standards expected by donors and upheld within the ADRA
Network.
ADRA Sri Lanka has identified three critical areas within our staff development: • Financial Management |

Management: One staff member will be completing a diploma in Finance
Management and Administration in October 2004. • Project Management: Two staff members will complete training in Project Management by May 2004. |
